Warning!! The complicated diet of The Crazy Boss Lady. Looking for meal ideas!

So if you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you will see that our Boss Lady is CRAZY! The list of reasons why is very much endless... I mean you just have to take one look at her in her 'work glasses' HAHA!

One of the reasons why we love her though is because she keeps going, no matter what life throws at her. She's estranged from both her mother and father, injured and medically discharged from a job she loved, dealing with cronic brachial plexus pain, she's had extremely premature babies (4 children, 3 pregnancies (26 weeks, 29 weeks and 27 weeks), as a family they lost their little boy Henry AJ, developed tumours, countless surgeries, stress leading to hair loss, developing food allergies and endometriosis... to list a few...

Today we want talk diet. The Boss Lady has to follow a wheat free diet. (For a safety net if you are wheat free then you can also follow the gluten free diet. They are similar)

This is still very new to her and so everyday is a school day, learning new tips and recipes as she goes along. Along with being wheat free she now has to follow the endo diet too. She does this to relieve painful swelling and bloat that is caused by certain foods aggravating endometriosis.

The Boss Lady can eat: Fish, Chicken, Turkey. Eggs, Milk, Natural Yoghurt. Wheat Free Oats, Almond Flour, Wheat Free Flour, Wheat Free Pasta. Rasins, Berries, Carrots, Oranges, Nectarines, Plums, Grapes. Spinach, Cucumber, Lettuce, Potatoes, Tomatoes. Please note: The list is not exhausted as The Boss Lady is still learning.

Following a strict diet is hard but we just wanted to show you that no matter what diet plan you follow by choice or for health reasons, you can share your knowledge with others and educate as much as possible. It is never too late to teach an old dog new tricks!!
