September challenge, Dice and Do
You’ve done it, you're part of our team and our goal is to successfully get you through our September challenge. Yay!
We love that you are going to do the challenge with us but please don't go on a crazy diet along with the workouts. Our challenges are produced to push you physically and mentally. You need to eat a healthy diet in order to fuel your body and complete the challenge.
Follow our 'Eat Well' guide that will set you on the right track.
Know what a healthy plate looks like. Within your diet you are looking to eat clean and healthy meals.
Try to eat 5 fruit/vegetables a day, eat high protein foods, like chicken, fish, eggs, yoghurt. Don’t be scared of carbs! Carbohydrates provide you with energy.
Try to Avoid alcohol or treat yourself with alcohol on the weekend, processed foods, and sugar.Look for important nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Read nutrition labels, find items that are lower in fat, added sugars and salt. Use recommended servings and portion control. Most importantly stay hydrated!
