'Oh my SQUAT!'

You’ve decided to take the plunge and are attempting one of our challenge boxes! Yay! This month is the month dedicated to squatting!

Remember throughout the challenge and even throughout a regular day without add exercise, you need to try and consume around 7-8 glasses of water. This equates to around 2 litres. Don't be put off with the word 'WATER', as there are many ways that you can improve and sustain your water intake. This includes adding juice/cordial to your water to add more flavour. You can also add fruit to have which adds a nice twist. Or you could eat your water! Yes you heard right, i said eat your water.

There are many fruits and vegetables that are high in water. To list a few:

Lettuce

Celery

Cucumber

Radish

Spinach

Peppers

Strawberries

Tomatoes

Oranges

Watermelon

Eating these type of fruit and veg all add to your overall water intake for the day.

Our challenges are designed to test you mentally and physically so we advise that you always eat clean and healthy meals.

Remember to work on:

38% Carbohydrates

1% Oils and Spreads

8% Dairy

12% Protein

40% Fruit and Vegetables
